Nishant Pitti, a promoter of Easy Trip Planners Limited, has pledged 44,87,21,910 equity shares, representing 11.26% of the company's total share capital, to Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited on August 24, 2026, for personal use. According to a regulatory filing on August 29, 2026, Mr. Pitti’s total shareholding in Easy Trip Planners Limited is 45,37,21,910, representing 11.39% of the company's total share capital.
